Terms of Service

Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service define the terms and conditions for using Saju, an AI-powered digital entertainment platform provided by RocketAI ("Company"), and other necessary matters.

Article 2. Publication and Effect of Terms

These Terms become effective when posted on the service website or otherwise made available to users. The Company may modify these Terms when necessary for service improvements or policy changes, with such modifications taking effect upon posting.

Article 3. Supplementary Rules

Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and regulations.

Article 4. Formation of Agreement

By using Saju services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Account registration is available through Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You must provide accurate information during registration and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Article 5. Service Description

Saju provides AI-generated digital entertainment content based on traditional Eastern fortune-telling methodologies, including:

• Personalized fortune readings and lifestyle insights
• Compatibility analysis
• Various AI-generated entertainment content

All content is provided on a per-purchase basis (single transaction model). Each purchase grants access to specific digital content as described at the time of purchase.

Article 6. User Information

In the event of mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, or partnerships, user information may be shared with relevant parties with prior notice. Users may withdraw consent to personal information collection at any time.

Article 7. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers:

• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• Credit/Debit Cards (via Stripe)

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency at checkout. Prices may vary by region and are subject to change with notice.

Article 8. Refund Policy

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are purchasing digital entertainment content that is delivered immediately
• You expressly consent to immediate performance of the service
• You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is accessed
• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including dissatisfaction with content

Exception: If a technical error on our part prevents delivery of purchased content, we will either deliver the content or issue a full refund at our discretion. Please contact support@saju.com for technical issues only.

Article 9. Chargebacks and Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate purchase constitutes a breach of these Terms. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks and pursue recovery of the disputed amount plus any fees incurred.

Article 10. Service Availability

The Company aims to provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. However, services may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, network outages, or third-party service interruptions).

Article 11. Email Notifications

The Company may send service-related communications to your registered email address, including:

• Links to access your purchased content
• Service announcements and updates
• Account-related notifications
• Promotional offers (with separate consent)

Service-related emails are essential for content delivery and service operation. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time without affecting your access to purchased content.

Article 12. Content Ownership and License

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the digital content for personal entertainment purposes. The Company retains all ownership rights to the content and may use generated content for service improvement, marketing, and AI training purposes.

The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content. Users must understand that:

• AI-generated readings are for entertainment only and should not influence important life decisions
• Results may vary between sessions even with identical inputs due to the nature of AI systems
• Content should never replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial, psychological, or otherwise)
• The Company bears no responsibility for any decisions made based on the content

Article 15. No Professional Advice

Saju content does not constitute and should not be interpreted as professional advice of any kind. Users should consult qualified professionals for matters related to health, finance, law, relationships, or any significant life decisions.

Article 16. Proprietary Rights

All service content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, UI/UX design, algorithms, databases, and software, is owned by RocketAI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Article 17. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not, without express written permission:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content
• Use automated tools for scraping, crawling, or data collection
• Attempt reverse engineering, decompilation, or algorithm analysis
• Create derivative works based on our content or services
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content
• Attempt to access, extract, or manipulate AI prompts, training data, or model parameters

Article 18. Enforcement

Violations of intellectual property provisions may result in immediate account termination, legal action for damages, and criminal prosecution where applicable.

Article 19. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities under their account. Users must notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use.

Article 20. Prohibited Conduct

Users shall not:

• Provide false information during registration or use
• Use another person's identity or information without authorization
• Engage in activities that violate applicable laws
• Interfere with service operations or other users' experience
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization

Article 21. Disclaimer of Warranties

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Article 22. Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM SERVICE USE. THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE USER FOR THE SPECIFIC CONTENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Article 23. Force Majeure

The Company is not liable for service interruptions or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Article 24. Termination by User

Users may terminate their account at any time through account settings or by contacting support@saju.com. Account termination does not entitle users to refunds for any purchased content.

Article 25. Termination by Company

The Company may suspend or terminate accounts without notice for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Unauthorized use or access attempts
• Activities harmful to other users or the service
• Any illegal activities

Article 26. Modifications to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms at any time by posting updated terms on the website. Continued use of services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Article 27. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Korea where the Company's headquarters is located.

Article 28. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Article 29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the use of our services.
